If a product quite doesn’t match your expectations, you can return it *within 15 days following the date of purchase. You will have the choice between exchanging the item or receiving a credit note for the purchase amount. No reimbursements will be credited for shipping and handling fees. *No credit notes or exchange will be processed between October 15^th and November 1^st, due to extremely high sales volume during this period.

Return Conditions

• All articles must be returned no later than 15 days following the date of purchase.
• The article and/or accessory(s) must not have been worn or used and must be returned in its (their) original packaging.
• The original bill is required.
• The warranty does not cover normal or abusive usage.
